Meet Annette, founder of Pudding Pan Desserts, launched in Brooklyn in 2016. Her passion for baking started as a teenager and grew through years of baking for family and friends. Born from family loss, loss of employment, and a family history of female entrepreneurship, Pudding Pan is rooted in quality ingredients and the personal care that goes into every handcrafted baked good.

What began as Desserts & Decor in 2022 — beautifully styled event tables filled with thoughtfully made sweets — evolved into a mission to share her love of food with everyone, no matter the occasion. Everything is baked fresh in her licensed home kitchen, crafted with intention, and finished with personal touches that make each order feel truly unique.
