Meet Rui Susan Chen, the chef behind Madame Susan Sauces. A Dartmouth MBA graduate, Brooklynite, and world traveler, Rui started Madame Susan to bring people together over food. The idea sparked while she led a multicultural kitchen at Burning Man and saw how one versatile sauce could instantly elevate a meal. Inspired by her Chinese-Canadian heritage, global travels, and a little Julia Child–style French flair, Rui's sauces bring bold, artful flavor to everyday cooking.
