Where are you from/where did you grow up?
Kevin and I grew up in South Florida (and went to summer camp together in North Carolina), but Brooklyn has been our home base for almost three decades. We’d like to say we came to seek fame and fortune, but it was really for the bagels.
Why did you start your business?
What started out as a good idea accidentally became a great cracker. We wanted to make something that people wouldn’t compare to cardboard. What we got was surprisingly delicious Matzo.
How does your business connect to Brooklyn?
Everything we make is made right here in Brooklyn! We couldn’t be more Brooklyn-y if we tried.
