Where are you from/where did you grow up?

The Collective at IndigoStyle is run by a Brooklyn lover. Originally from Texas, the owner Sheryl Roberts, moved to Brooklyn and not only bought her home but opened her business in Bed Stuy Brooklyn because she lived the culture, community and heart of Brooklyn.

Why did you start your business?

I open the Collective at IndigoStyle to give visibility to small brands made by POC.

How does your business connect to Brooklyn?

We are Brooklyn because we work closely in the community and place emphasis on culturally affirming products that represent us made by us.
