Where are you from/where did you grow up?
I’m originally from Queens, NY and have been a New Yorker all my life. Although I didn’t grow up in Brooklyn, my business has strong connections to the borough. Throughout my baking career, all my mentors were originally from Brooklyn and their influence greatly shaped my passion for baking and pastry.
Why did you start your business?
Brooklyn Brittle was the perfect fit because of my deep love for baking and the desire to create delicious and irresistible cookies using only the finest ingredients and innovative recipes. My mission is to become the go-to brand for every household, providing a sweet and satisfying treat that spreads happiness and creates memorable experiences one cookie brittle at a time.
