A clean, fragrant and spicy Sichuan-style Mala Chili Oil with fried chili-crisp bits at the bottom. Made with 20 different spices and aromatics, including the famous, mouth-tingling Sichuan Peppercorn. Add it to your eggs, dumplings, grilled cheese sandwiches, noodle dishes, Sichuan hot pot, or anything that needs a bump of heat and flavor. Spicy. A little bit goes a long way!
