Where are you from/where did you grow up?
I moved to NYC 7 years ago after graduating to pursue a career in sustainability and climate research.
Why did you start your business?
I wanted to create effective skincare solutions for people with sensitive skin, like myself, while also offering eco-friendly alternatives to conventional products to reduce ocean plastic pollution.
How does your work connect to Brooklyn?
We started our business as a member of the Maker’s Guild here at Industry City, and a significant portion of our customers are from Brooklyn. Over the past two years, we have actively taken part in pop-up events in Greenpoint and at the Brooklyn Museum. We love Brooklyn and cherish our connection with this beautiful borough.
