I'm originally from Nigeria and grew up all over the US before coming to NYC 20 years ago for college.
Why did you start your business?
I started this company because I love candy, and I think the best candy is made from simple ingredients using classic techniques, and there’s not as much of it around as I’d like to see.
How does your work connect to Brooklyn?
I started this business from my home in Brooklyn, and my brand reflects my love for what I consider to be beautiful parts of this city that have cobblestone streets and classic architecture that demonstrate the timelessness of good craftsmanship.
